- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables while managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, including daily specials and dietary requirement guidance.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay requests to the kitchen team promptly.
- Deliver orders with precision and care, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Conduct table maintenance, including clearing plates, refilling drinks, and resetting tables for new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with a professional, solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar customer-service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Indonesian and basic English proficiency to serve international guests.
- Professional, friendly, and approachable personality with a "guest-first" mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High attention to detail, particularly regarding order accuracy and hygiene standards.
