- Warmly greet and seat guests while providing friendly, professional service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus to provide accurate recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them through the POS system.
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and adhere to high safety and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with poise and efficiency.
- Upsell promotional items, specials, and desserts to enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare the dining room for service, including table settings and side work duties.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a significant plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service hours.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant POS systems and cash handling.
