Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Present menus, offer detailed information on food and beverage selections, and provide expert recommendations.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with efficiency and grace.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Upsell additional products such as appetizers, premium beverages, and desserts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role within a restaurant.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy service hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to personal grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and restaurant POS software.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
