Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage options, and offer expert recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring special dietary requirements are communicated to the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the dining area.
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; ability to speak additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Professional grooming and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality certifications are highly desirable.
