Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality table service, including taking orders and serving food and beverages with attention to detail.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area throughout the shift.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle POS systems for accurate order placement and billing processing.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and local regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu items, service standards, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Tourism/Hospitality.
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and professional appearance.
