Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage options, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and process them through the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Perform regular table maintenance, including refilling drinks and clearing used tableware.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including polishing cutlery and folding napkins.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and basic proficiency in English.
- Pleasant personality with a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a smile.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Strong team player with a positive work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification in hospitality is a plus.
