Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests and guide them to their tables with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menu to provide expert recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system with precision.
- Deliver high-quality food and drink service while ensuring timely delivery and presentation standards.
- Perform pre-shift and post-shift side duties to ensure the dining area remains organized and welcoming.
- Handle guest concerns or feedback with tact and efficiency to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with international and local guests.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic command of the English language is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
