Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests and guide them to their tables with professional hospitality.
- Provide detailed recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment throughout the shift.
- Ensure all dietary requirements and special requests are communicated clearly to kitchen staff.
- Proactively address guest feedback to ensure 100% satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols as per company standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth floor operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- High level of personal grooming and professionalism.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English proficiency are highly preferred.
