Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet guests and guide them to their tables with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, including ingredients and dietary recommendations.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables while maintaining high standards of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
