PT Ettore Gelato Bali is looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our growing team in Badung. As the face of our outlet, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service excellence.
In this role, you will do more than just serve; you will become an ambassador for our brand, guiding guests through our delicious menu and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and efficient environment. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to excel in the hospitality industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Present menus, answer questions about our artisanal gelato products, and provide helpful recommendations.
- Accurately process guest orders and handle payments using our POS system efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and counters.
- Ensure all outlet operations comply with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Energetic, friendly, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash reconciliation.
- Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality sector.
