Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome and seat guests while managing table rotations effectively.
  • Provide detailed menu explanations, offering personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of service by ensuring timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
  • Proactively address guest concerns or requests to ensure a flawless dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the dining area throughout the shift.
  • Process payments accurately and handle point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by the restaurant management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy service hours.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant etiquette.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Professional appearance and a proactive approach to guest care.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
