Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and seat guests while managing table rotations effectively.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, offering personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain high standards of service by ensuring timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Proactively address guest concerns or requests to ensure a flawless dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the dining area throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately and handle point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by the restaurant management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy service hours.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant etiquette.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a proactive approach to guest care.
