Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all restaurant patrons
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure presentation meets standards
- Manage assigned tables and maintain cleanliness throughout dining experience
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
Kualifikasi
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English language
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
