Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, offering recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and speed.
- Assist in opening/closing duties and routine side-work to maintain high venue standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a busy hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to provide hospitable service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended shifts in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
