Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and suggest daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and dietary accommodations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures to ensure the restaurant is ready for operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a customer-facing role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Indonesian and conversational English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak dining hours.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A professional appearance and a proactive, team-oriented work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of POS software and food safety standards.
