Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials with detailed explanations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction with every course.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve any service issues with a friendly and proactive approach.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations, throughout service.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe and clean dining environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and common dietary restrictions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Currently based in Bali and ready to join immediately.
