Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service and ensure all guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation within the dining area.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen staff.
- Upsell menu items and provide informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist in setting up tables and preparing the dining area for service.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and restaurant operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English proficiency to assist international guests.
- Must be currently residing in Bali and ready for immediate deployment.
