Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer professional recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately input food and beverage orders into the POS system to ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area throughout the shift.
- Provide attentive service by checking on guest satisfaction and addressing any needs promptly.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and according to quality standards.
- Handle guest payments and manage billing procedures with accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in opening or closing duties, including sidework and section preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and a working knowledge of English.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
- Punctual, reliable, and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and service etiquette.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification in hospitality or tourism is preferred.
- Strong team-player mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues when necessary.
