Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed menu recommendations and explain daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Accurately record guest orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and accuracy.
- Uphold company service standards and contribute to a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A positive, high-energy attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
