Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end execution of moderate to complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project lifecycles including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to drive technical and business deliverables.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure minimal operational impact.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and roadblocks.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) tailored to specific client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in an IT or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Trello).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
