- Assist in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve Business Unit's objectives
- Conduct student outreach through various channels to promote educational programs
- Provide comprehensive information about programs to prospective students
- Guide students through the enrollment process and address their inquiries
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
