Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for engineering project management? Talents Recruiter Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Program Engineer to join our dynamic team in the East Region of Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between our technical engineering teams and our valued customers, ensuring that project requirements are met from the initial Request for Quotation (RFQ) stage all the way through to successful mass production.
As a Program Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through technical excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven ability to navigate complex engineering workflows while keeping the client's goals at the forefront of every decision.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from RFQ, prototyping, and validation, to full-scale mass production.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project milestones and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality control to meet project timelines.
- Identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth through process improvements and value-added service offerings.
- Lead project meetings, track progress against deliverables, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
- Resolve technical or logistical bottlenecks that may impact project delivery or quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Program Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle from RFQ to Mass Production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage client expectations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
