Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful implementation and evaluation
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management and engineering
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the specific engineering domain
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
