Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and execution of the BSIT curriculum to meet industry demands and accreditation requirements
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty performance to ensure high-quality instruction and professional development
- Coordinate with industry partners to integrate emerging technologies and real-world applications into coursework
- Monitor student outcomes and implement data-driven strategies for academic improvement and retention
- Oversee program budget, resource allocation, and compliance with institutional policies
- Foster collaborative relationships with academic departments and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous program improvement through assessment and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years higher education experience with 2+ years in academic leadership
- Proven expertise in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and program management
- Strong background in IT industry trends and emerging technologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in faculty supervision and professional development programs
- Licensure as a Professional Teacher or relevant industry certification
