- Develop and implement strategic academic plans for the BS Computer Engineering program
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty performance and professional development
- Oversee curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement processes
- Lead program accreditation compliance and quality assurance initiatives
- Foster industry partnerships for student internships and employment opportunities
- Monitor program outcomes through graduate tracking and employer feedback
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, and facilities
- Collaborate with other departments on interdisciplinary projects and research
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in higher education
- Proven leadership experience in academic program management
- Strong background in curriculum development and accreditation processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in industry-academia collaboration and student mentorship
- Knowledge of CHED standards and engineering education trends
- Proficiency in educational technology and management systems
