ACLC College Cebu is seeking a dynamic Program Head to lead our BSIT and BSBA programs to new heights. You will oversee curriculum innovation, faculty development, and quality assurance while maintaining compliance with CHED standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic academic plans for BSIT/BSBA programs
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty performance
- Ensure curriculum alignment with industry trends and accreditation requirements
- Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage student enrollment, retention, and academic support services
- Coordinate with industry partners for internships and job placements
- Prepare program budgets and resource allocation plans
- Represent programs in academic committees and stakeholder meetings
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years higher education experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong background in curriculum development and accreditation processes
- Proven faculty supervision and talent development expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of CHED policies and quality assurance frameworks
- Strategic planning and budget management experience
- Industry connections preferred in IT/business sectors
