Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day academic operations of the assigned program.
- Supervise and mentor faculty members to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Develop and update program curricula in alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Implement quality assurance measures and monitor student performance metrics.
- Coordinate with administration for resource allocation and budget planning.
- Lead academic meetings and workshops for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with college policies and regulatory bodies.
- Manage student retention and success initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s Degree in the relevant field (BSTM, BSIT, or BSBA).
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and at least 3 years in academic administration or leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with curriculum design and accreditation processes (e.g., CHED, AACRAO).
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive organizational goals.
- Must be willing to work in Davao.
- Relevant professional licensure or certification is an advantage.
