Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and continuously improve MIT curriculum aligned with industry standards and accreditation requirements
- Lead and mentor faculty members to ensure excellence in teaching and student engagement
- Oversee program operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders for internships, research collaborations, and guest lectures
- Monitor program outcomes through student performance metrics, graduate success rates, and employer feedback
- Ensure compliance with CHED regulations and maintain program accreditation status
- Facilitate student development through academic advising, research supervision, and career guidance
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education, with 2+ years in academic leadership
- Proven track record in curriculum development and program administration
- Strong industry connections and understanding of current IT trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with accreditation processes and quality assurance frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage complex projects
