Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive music education programs, with a focus on string instruments.
- Oversee curriculum design, ensuring alignment with pedagogical best practices and fostering student engagement and progression.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of music educators, ensuring high standards of instruction and professional development.
- Develop and manage program budgets, resources, and operational logistics effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders to promote program success and growth.
- Implement assessment strategies to monitor student progress and program effectiveness, making data-driven improvements.
- Organize and coordinate student performances, workshops, and other enrichment activities.
- Stay abreast of current trends and innovations in music education, integrating new methodologies and technologies as appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Music Education, Performance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in music education, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership or program management role.
- Proven expertise in teaching and developing curriculum for string instruments (e.g., violin, viola, cello, bass).
- Strong understanding of music pedagogy, child development, and effective instructional strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of educators.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of students, parents, and staff.
- Proficiency in program management tools and educational technology.
