Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years program management experience in tech/e-commerce
- Proven expertise in stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in program management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies
