As a key member of our regional hub, you will be responsible for orchestrating large-scale, cross-functional programs that directly impact our strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Key focus areas include overseeing the program lifecycle, managing stakeholder expectations, championing Agile best practices, and ensuring flawless execution across multiple workstreams. You will transform strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, defining milestones and ensuring accountability at every step. Your ability to distill complex information into clear narratives will be crucial for executive reporting and cross-departmental alignment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to successful closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Communicate program status, updates, risks, and outcomes clearly and effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive performance monitoring and operational reporting to track progress against KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, managing resources efficiently.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate program risks and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes to enhance program scalability and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance within the program teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in program or project management, ideally within a technology, e-commerce, or startup environment.
- Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programs on time and within budget.
- Excellent command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
