- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Planners, Process Engineers, VMC programmers, Production Supervisors) to achieve production targets
- Develop and implement strategic project plans while monitoring progress against milestones
- Optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of team capabilities
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management within manufacturing
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in production environments
- Strong expertise in process optimization and VMC programming
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
