As a Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind our project execution strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure that all project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Lead and manage complex engineering projects from conception to successful completion.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and performance reports.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, bottlenecks, and technical challenges proactively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the engineering teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Proven working experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of engineering principles and product development life cycles.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
- Solid organizational skills, including strict attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
