- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program or project management within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical systems.
- Excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
