Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication across various departments.
- Define project objectives, create detailed work plans, and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase team productivity.
- Conduct risk assessments to anticipate challenges and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to maintain team alignment on project milestones.
- Analyze performance data and KPIs to report on project success and ROI to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track deliverables for auditing and future scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Program or Project Management role, ideally within a BPO or customer service environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with competing priorities.
- Advanced analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
