Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified instructional talent for current/future cohorts
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships across departments to ensure program alignment
- Coordinate logistics for training delivery including scheduling, resources, and venues
- Conduct program evaluations and report on effectiveness to leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in program management within education/training sector
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and instructional staff development
