Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager 3 - Product Development to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within our dynamic technology ecosystem in Malaysia. As a senior leader, you will be the strategic bridge between engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, ensuring the seamless development and implementation of high-impact product solutions.
In this role, you will define project lifecycles, manage resource allocation, and mitigate risks to ensure our product development initiatives align with Oracle’s global excellence standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex product releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate and drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, design, and product marketing departments.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones to executive leadership.
- Identify potential development bottlenecks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate clear communication across diverse internal teams.
- Oversee resource capacity planning and budget management for assigned product programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the development squad.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product program management, ideally within a large-scale enterprise software company.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP or Prince2 certification is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Oracle Cloud infrastructure).
- Strong ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a global, fast-paced technology environment.
