- End-to-end program management of audio-visual system deployments across Google facilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, vendors) to ensure timely project delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for AV equipment and services
- Implement quality control measures and technical standards for deployments
- Monitor project KPIs and report on progress to stakeholders
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges during implementation phases
- Ensure compliance with Google's security and operational protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in AV/IT deployments
- Proven track record managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in audio-visual technologies and integration standards
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
