Join Smartt Precision Mfg Pte Ltd. as a Program Manager - Business Unit Lead and take charge of driving customer programs from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to mass production. - Oversee end-to-end customer program management from NPI to mass production
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams
- Ensure on-time delivery of programs while maintaining quality standards
- Manage cross-functional resources and coordinate with various departments
- Develop and implement program plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions when needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in program execution processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management
- Proven track record in managing manufacturing programs from NPI to production
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
- Experience in the precision manufacturing or related industry is preferred
