We are currently seeking a dedicated and strategic Program Manager / Customer Program Specialist to join our team in Penang. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, leading the Customer Focus Team (CFT) to ensure seamless execution of programs from concept to delivery.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations to drive customer satisfaction, manage program timelines, and identify growth opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Customer Focus Team to align resources and meet customer expectations.
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Serve as the primary interface for assigned customer accounts, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and program expansion.
- Coordinate with internal functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets.
- Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or customer account management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
