Are you an experienced Program Manager with a deep technical background in mission-critical infrastructure? Allegis Group is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead large-scale Data Center Network Deployment projects in Singapore. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between technical engineering teams, stakeholders, and operations to ensure the seamless delivery of high-capacity data center environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of complex Data Center Network Deployment programs, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams, facility managers, and stakeholders to define project milestones and technical requirements.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, providing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure continuity.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring all installations adhere to global standards and security protocols.
- Facilitate regular steering committee meetings to report on project status, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Drive continuous process improvements for deployment workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and data center safety policies across Singapore sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within the Data Center or Network Infrastructure sector.
- Strong technical understanding of data center architecture, including networking, cabling, power, and cooling systems.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale deployments and multi-million dollar budgets.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
