You will lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our clients' growth ambitions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end digital transformation programs, from initial discovery to successful deployment.
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage complex cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular status updates and risk assessments.
- Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize project delivery speed and quality.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks to drive continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically within IT or Digital Transformation environments.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget, enterprise-scale software projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM/PSM certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
