- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive EHS programs aligned with Google's global standards and local regulations
- Lead cross-functional EHS projects across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and best practices
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for environmental compliance and workplace safety
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and safety training programs
- Manage EHS documentation, reporting, and regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate EHS considerations into new projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of EHS program management experience in multinational or tech environments
- Professional certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, or equivalent) preferred
- Fluency in English and Malay (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian EHS regulations and international standards
- Project management skills with ability to lead complex initiatives
- Experience with EHS software and data analysis tools
