We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager for Test to join our team in Ipoh, Perak.
In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our engineering design teams and our high-volume manufacturing floors. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of test programs, ensuring that our products meet stringent quality benchmarks while adhering to project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end test program execution for new product introductions (NPI) and existing product lines.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance departments.
- Define test requirements, project milestones, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze test data performance metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with international manufacturing standards and internal quality protocols.
- Manage vendor relationships and test equipment procurement strategies to optimize operational costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test coverage, cycle times, and yield performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager within a high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, hardware integration, and software development lifecycles.
- Exceptional project management skills, including familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel) and project management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, vertically integrated manufacturing environment.
