Join iXsystems as a Program Manager II in Order Management and take ownership of critical order lifecycles while driving operational excellence. You'll be instrumental in optimizing order workflows across our global supply chain, ensuring seamless execution from order placement to fulfillment. This role demands a strategic thinker who can identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and foster collaboration between sales, logistics, and product teams. You'll analyze order data to enhance efficiency, manage high-priority client accounts, and develop standardized procedures that elevate our customer experience. In this dynamic position, you'll serve as the central hub for order-related communications, resolving escalations and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining alignment with iXsystems' commitment to quality and innovation.
Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end ownership of high-priority orders from initiation to completion
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize order management workflows
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for seamless order execution
- Analyze order metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain order management documentation and SOPs
- Resolve order-related escalations and ensure client satisfaction
- Report on order performance KPIs to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in program or order management
- Proven track record in process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience with ERP or order management systems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
