Xtendops is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Program Manager to join our PMO team in Cebu. This senior role requires a proven leader with a strong background in project and program management, combined with Six Sigma certification to drive process excellence. As a key member of our PMO, you will oversee strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with business goals, and champion continuous improvement across the organization.
In this position, you will manage complex programs, establish governance frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our project management practices and fostering a culture of quality and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, and best practices to enhance project consistency and maturity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and other process optimization tools.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define program goals, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to all stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning within the PMO.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification is highly desirable.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in program management or PMO leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement, change management, and organizational transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
