Kualifikasi

- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and supply chains
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
- Certification in PMP or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
