Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service in the dining area, counter, and drive-thru, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Prepare and cook menu items following McDonald's strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and balance cash drawers accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory to ensure product freshness.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures (e.g., proper hand washing, temperature logs).
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and service goals during peak hours.
- Participate in all required SLDN training sessions, assessments, and on-the-job learning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Malaysian citizen aged 18 and above.
- Passionate about the hospitality and service industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- No prior work experience is required – comprehensive training will be provided!
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
