As part of the Perantis team, you will rotate through various stations including the front counter, kitchen, and drive-thru. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
- Learn and apply McDonald's operational standards and systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Support food preparation and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Participate in training modules to develop management and leadership skills.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Open to students or fresh graduates (SPM, STPM, Diploma, Degree).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
