Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end program/project lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop and execute detailed implementation plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Optimize project methodologies and best practices for continuous improvement
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience with implementation focus
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
