Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end program lifecycle management for SysOps infrastructure initiatives
- Oversee daily operations of Linux servers, databases, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and middleware environments
- Implement and maintain robust monitoring systems with proactive alerting protocols
- Drive automation initiatives using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevOps practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and service SLAs
- Develop and execute service improvement plans with measurable KPIs
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management with SysOps/DevOps focus
- Expert knowledge of Linux systems, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and middleware technologies
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform)
- ITIL/PMP certification or equivalent service management credentials
- Strong background in budget management and resource optimization
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration
